Dr Shelley

Veterinarian & Owner

Hello, my name is Dr Shelley. I graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (with honors). Since graduating, I have worked in practices around Australia and overseas, gaining a wealth of experience along the way.

I have been in small animal practice in the City of Melville area for some time now and have many wonderful clients and pets who I have looked after over the years. I recently opened this lovely new veterinary hospital in Willagee and hope to extend my care and expertise to you and your beloved pets.

I am interested in all aspects of pet care, medicine and surgery, and will always strive to ensure your pet receives caring, professional attention. At home I'm kept busy by my three cats and numerous koi carp! My team and I look forward to welcoming you and your pets to Willagee Veterinary Hospital.

Veterinarian

Hello, my name is Dr Jaymie! I grew up in Perth and graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery. I really wanted to be a vet for as long as I can remember, and am grateful to now be living that dream every day. After a short stint in emergency, I realised general practice was where I belonged.

What I love most about being in GP is getting to know and grow with my patients and their families over time. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, with a particular interest in soft tissue surgery and clinical medicine. Outside the clinic, you'll find me hunting down the best food spots, planning my next trip, or baking something new — all while being kept on my toes by my cheeky Cavoodle, Kenji!

Holly

Veterinary Nurse

Hello, my name is Holly, a Veterinary Nurse who studied at both AVT and TAFE, graduating from South Metropolitan TAFE in 2025. I am so excited to come to work every day and love every part of the job!

I have a special interest in pre and post anaesthesia TLC for our patients and engaging with our clients. I live with my Sphynx cat, a German Shepherd and my Poodle x Shih Tzu x Bichon Frise (which I affectionately call my slipper).

When not at work, I enjoy being out on volunteer programs such as tagging and tracking turtles for environmental conservation groups and some wildlife groups. My passion, once I have my own home, is to foster palliative care patients, giving them a home and the love and care they deserve in their last moments in life.

Siobhan

Veterinary Nurse

Hello, my name is Siobhan! I am a passionate veterinary nurse who qualified in 2025. My initial exposure to the veterinary world began as a wildlife recovery volunteer in 2021, rescuing and rehabilitating native animals.

I’m also a qualified social worker & have always had a passion for helping others. I have a special interest in working with birds and cats. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cat Sherbet, and foster cats.

Hi, I'm Lara! I've always had a passion for animals and love being able to work with them every day. I enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and helping them feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for.

Building relationships with both pets and their owners is one of the most rewarding parts of my job, and I'm passionate about providing the best possible care for every animal that comes through the door.
